Our Team
CA. Himanshu Gupta
Himanshu started his career with Grant Thornton followed by KPMG and Mazars advisory. He has over 9 years of experience in the audit, consulting and advisory domains of some of the world’s largest and best organisations.
Today, Himanshu manages the finance departments of three companies as their Acting CFO, and handles a team of over 20 people for several Canadian & American companies’ Finance Process Outsourcing. He is also the key person for all corporate finance transactions being undertaken at HLG. Previously, Himanshu was also the Acting CFO for a German company’s (over US$ 750 million in turnover) complete India operations.
Himanshu’s business development, marketing & resource sourcing skills backed with an out-of-the-box thinking are today taking HLG to newer territories and expanding its international clientele.

Mr. L. R. Gupta comes with a vast experience of over 35 years in the field of finance where he has worked with several Indian Public Sector Undertakings. He spent over 25 years with Gail (India) Limited and retired as Global Operations CFO (Executive Director – HOD Finance) in November 2014. During his tenure, Mr. Gupta was the principal person responsible for raising more than US$ 2 Billion in debt for Gail. He was also a Director on the Board of Gail Gas Limited.
Mr. Gupta’s experience in the Oil & Gas sector gives HLG an edge in providing specialised expertise for the domain on a national as well as international level.
Today, Mr. Gupta is CFO for Haryana City Gas Distribution Limited and is also the advisor for many other big and small Oil & Gas sector companies in India. Under his guidance, HLG is assisting several international and domestic multi-national organisations.
